When you register with EdGrow you give consent for us to process your personal data for recruitment, as explained below. Read the full Privacy Policy for more detail.
What you consent to
- We store your profile and CV and use them to match you with vacancies.
- We may read your CV automatically to pre-fill your profile.
- We share your profile and CV with an institution only for a specific vacancy you applied for or that we shortlisted you for. You can see this in your application status.
- We contact you about applications, interviews and matching jobs by email, phone, WhatsApp and in your account.
How we protect your data
- CVs are stored privately and are never public.
- Institutions see only profiles shared with them for their own vacancies, and must keep them confidential.
- CVs are deleted 12 months after your last profile update.
Your choices
- Turn job alerts on or off in your account.
- Withdraw an application at any time.
- Delete your CV, or your whole account, from your account settings. This removes your data from our active systems.
- Withdraw consent by deleting your account or emailing info@edgrow.org.
