1. Accounts
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the service.
2. Candidates
- You confirm that the qualifications, experience and documents you share are genuine. We may verify them.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or a job. Hiring decisions are made by institutions.
- Please inform us promptly if you accept an offer, decline an offer, or withdraw.
3. Institutions
- Vacancies must be genuine, lawful and accurately described.
- Candidate profiles shared with you are confidential and may only be used for the vacancy they were shared for.
- Hiring a candidate introduced by EdGrow, directly or indirectly, within 12 months of the introduction makes the agreed recruitment fee payable.
- Fees, payment and replacement terms are set out in the Recruitment Fees & Replacement terms and your written agreement.
4. Job listings
We take care to publish genuine vacancies from verified institutions, but details such as salary and dates are provided by institutions and may change. EdGrow never asks candidates to pay an institution for an interview or a job. Report any such request to info@edgrow.org.
5. Acceptable use
Do not copy candidate or job data from the website, upload harmful files, attempt to access other accounts, or use the website for unsolicited marketing.
6. Liability
We provide the website and services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, EdGrow is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made by institutions or candidates.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
