These are EdGrow's standard terms for institutional clients. Your written agreement or quotation sets out the exact fees and periods for your institution. If anything differs, the written agreement applies.
1. Fees
- Fees are quoted per role, per hiring plan or as a registration plus placement fee, and confirmed in writing before we start.
- Applicable GST is charged in addition to the quoted fee.
- Placement fees become payable when the candidate joins, unless your agreement says otherwise. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
- A placement fee also applies if the institution hires a candidate introduced by EdGrow within 12 months of the introduction, for the same or a different role.
2. Replacement policy
If a candidate placed by EdGrow resigns or is released during the replacement period in your agreement, we will source a replacement for the same role at no additional placement fee, provided that:
- All fees for the original placement have been paid on time.
- We are informed in writing within 7 days of the candidate leaving.
- The role, salary and conditions remain the same as originally agreed.
- The candidate did not leave because of a change in role, salary or conditions, or because of a breach by the institution.
Replacement is offered once per placement. Refunds are not offered in place of a replacement unless your agreement says so.
3. Cancellations and refunds
- An institution may cancel a requirement at any time by informing us in writing.
- Registration or advance fees are non-refundable once sourcing has started, unless your agreement says otherwise.
- If you cancel after a candidate has accepted an offer, the agreed fee may still be payable.
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
4. Candidates
EdGrow never asks a candidate to pay an institution for an interview or job offer.
